If there was an option for ZERO stars . I would honestly choose that option from food to service every morning they mess up something with my order .Today was my last straw I got breakfast for the family 4 breakfast sandwiches 4 hash browns and 2 wraps .They needed me to wait in the lot for the food which was understandable . I waited 10 minutes , came home to serve the table and literally half my order was missing . All they gave me were the 4 breakfast sandwiches. I got my things and inconveniently drove back to let them know my issue and all they said was sorry we forgot to bring it out and gave it to me through the window . Now I have cold breakfast and all they could do for me was give...
I don’t like reviewing because I know how hard the food industry can be but I’ve never experienced something like this. This Tim Hortons is the absolute worst, I ordered a large chicken noodle soup and even told the cashier to confirm to which she said yes. That was a complete and utter lie because after I drove away and opened up my bag it turns out that I received a small cream of broccoli soup. I’m not even mad about the amount of money I paid for a soup but I am so disappointed because they are more focused on just trying to clear the line up rather than get peoples orders right. If you love getting scammed then this is the perfect place for you.
In store service is a complete waste of time. Having a dedicated minutes to serve the front of house would be ideal but it's obvious that the owners don't have priority to front of house. Espresso was weak and cold as it sat for 2 minutes before someone put a lid on it. I watched them make a bagel. Such a shame. I'm sure Tim isn't very happy because I know my impressions with his stores is starting to decline about 6 feet under.
Third time I've come here in the last month, this store just can't seem to manage their inventory of bread. First time, sure 8t happens, second time is a bit worrying, third time.. come on... it's not that difficult. And telling you after you've ordered and paid and already waited ten minutes. So incompetent!
