I went to Tim Hortons this morning with my son. When I arrived at the drive-through the person taking my order was very rude. When I got to the window I asked for the sauce and the man taking my order told me that I should’ve asked for the sauce even though most wedges come with sauce. It would’ve been fine but the way that he spoke to me was very rude and very disrespectful. As well the food was not made correctly, I asked for an egg belt with a hash brown and chipotle sauce inside however there was no lettuce or tomato. It was really very bad experience for me .I ordered BBQ chicken bowl ,it was very very bad it can’t even imagine how they can give this type of food to the customers,chicken looks like too old and its too much hard . I didn’t even eat the single piece of chicken . The lady who surved us give us napkins but not the spoons how is this possible to eat food without spoon?. Very bad service and food. I cant even think to go back there anymore.
I normally don’t add reviews but I received such a poor experience. I asked for a specific food and did not receive it and what I received was even burnt at that. When I went back, the drive thru person was a bit nice but when I got back the food I ordered. It was even undercooked. I’m highly disappointed and annoyed. Please train your staff on proper food procedures.
