I don't typically write reviews, but I'm compelled to share my experience because I was thoroughly appalled. Today, January 9th, around noon, I encountered a woman with a black or dark brown blunt cut who exhibited extremely rude behavior. I ordered a coffee, and when I reached the window, she handed it to me in a very dismissive manner, mumbled a racist remark under her breath, and then snatched my money before slamming the window shut without giving me my change. To make matters worse, my coffee was supposed to be free due to my rewards points. I am truly disgusted by this experience. It's baffling to me that someone like her is employed here. Went today qnd got a BBQ Chicken rice bowl and a pop. Handed me a room temperature bottle of diet coke so I asked if there were cold ones which apparently was an inconvenience. The food took forever only for me to open it and find it wasn't BBQ chicken, just a regular chicken burger cut up and sprinkled on top of maybe half a scoop or rice. The salad was 3 pieces of lettuce some tomato and cucumber ans then all was smothered in Chipotle. The attitude at the window from the girl irritated me already and then I got a 10 dollar bowl of barely anything. Wouldn't recommend
The girl at drive through keeps blabbering wrong order….I asked for “small coffee”, she heard “medium coffee dark roast”I asked for “3 cream, 2 sugar” she heard “4 cream 1 sugar”I still received wrong order “Dark roast” instead of “original blend”.It was a very unpleasant experience especially at the start of the day.Very unhappy with the employee.
Honestly, charging $2 for water and a tea bag is ridiculous. Instead of just offering to replace it, they wanted to fix the issue. I'm done with Tim Hortons! DONT GO!!!Alway out of stock.Every time we go no rice no chicken and sometimes we order tea no suger and sometimes they forget few items or tea bags .

The Farmer's Wrap here was great, and the place was pretty quiet.
