I ordered two club trios from Tim Hortons and opted for self-ordering. When I arrived, I tried to scan my Tim card but it didn't work. The employee attempted three times to get it to work, but ultimately said the last attempt was successful - however, it wasn't. Our club sandwiches were lacking mayo and were very dry. We also ordered potato wedges, but received ones that were very dry and seemed old. My medium iced cappuccino was more like liquid as the ice cream machine wasn't working. It's been 3 times that I go to the tim to the car service with a code for discounts on certain deals and each time when I scan the QR code I get charged full price, tomorrow why doesn't it work and they act as if nothing happened , gives you the machine and expects you to pay full price, I don't think he knows how to use the discounts and coupons
