I went to this location Nov 11 2023. I really needed to use the washroom, door was locked. I was buying two coffees and a doughnut. So stood in line about 20 mins to get served, one small and one med coffee, very hot to hold. I put one cup on top of other to carry it out. No tray or sleeve. I dropped one cofffee all over the ground. Did not have time to go back and say sorry about my mishap. Which would have not happened if the two hot drinks were on a tray, my hands were too full. I’ve been an avid customer, dining at this location for almost 30 years. My son was getting a coffee with me. The line up was long. They keep the bathroom doors LOCKED and you need to get an employee to open it, when they’re free. I asked them to open it for him. They forced me to make a purchase before letting him in. The line up was long and he couldn’t wait. Nope, still wouldn’t open it for him. Not until I made my purchase. When they finally let him in, they refused to let him bring his book bag in with him. I was with my group to get a soup and a drink and the manager at the restaurant was very mean and she wasn’t very nice when I said where was my soup and all she had was the quencher and she lied about the soup. As a good Canadian I like to visit Tim Horton 's for my coffee and donuts... Heck sometimes even buy breakfast there. But as of late, I 've found that the staff and service is lacking. And I 've hit Timmy 's all over this country. This Tim 's in particular, you can expect the staff ignores you outright... Even when you 're standing in front of them waiting at the register. They 're too busy chatting with their co-workers. (not that there 's anything wrong with that.
