Service could be improved, it seems like online orders are not priority. That would ve great of they were placing your order in the pick up kiosk with the sticker on it saying your name and what you ordered. Often my order wasnt ready and I had to line up and ask for it then they would prepare it. Very disorganised, but from what I understand they are under staff. Though I really love their decoration and food is fresh and tasty
There are plenty of seating options, orders are taken promptly, and a wide variety of products are on display. Drive-thru service is available for convenience. The restaurant is clean and well-staffed, ensuring orders are handled in an organized manner.
Typically a bit slow at drive thru here, but it's because the staff is so friendly they always have a little chat with their regular customers and are genuinely happy to see them. The personal experience is always superb and the coffee is ways hot!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I’ve went to this Tim Hortons I’ve been given the wrong order, along with a side of attitude. I don’t understand how it is so dysfunctional.If you can avoid this Tims, I would do so.
The staff at this restaurant struggles to get orders correct and lacks good customer service. The atmosphere is tense and employees seem angry at customers. The drive-thru service needs improvement.
Service here tends to be slow (drive thru) and they frequently run out of items even at lunch hour. They stop serving food at 8pm. Why Ill never understand...
