I would give it a higher rating for the location etc but it's not always consistent with the orders and how fast they serve you. I waited once for almost 20 minutes just to get some coffees and a donut when it wasn't even that busy. The owner was nice enough to give me a ticket for a free coffee when she finally served me and saw that I was frustrated that they forgot to even give it to me sooner.
Update October 2024: very good service, the manager is efficient and the service was fast and the order was done well. I was served well, however there was no more iced coffee, almost no donuts. The young employees seemed left to fend for themselves. The owner should visit his restaurant more often in order to manage it well. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
This restaurant is consistently closed despite their posted hours of operation from 5 am to 10 pm. Yesterday at 7:30 pm they were already closed, and this morning they have yet to open even though they advertise opening at 5 am. Tim Hortons should consider shutting down this franchise or addressing the issue with the owner.
Tim Horton is the best coffee shop in Canada! I would recommend doing takeout at this Tim Horton because the wait time is surprisingly slow, especially during breakfast hours. I will visit again, but only when I'm not in a rush.
