We would have been better to go and have a sit down meal somewhere, would have been faster. There are two order lines but witnessed people just stand in the middle of everyone and decide they were more important so needed their order in before others. Took over 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich, was chaos. They need a better system here. I'll go across the street for breakfast next time.
Need to change procedures. Why does Tim Hortons ANYWHERE never give napkins with food orders? I have been to Tim Hortons locations throughout Ontario and it is always the same……never have I received napkins with any food order. It really is common sense that people...need napkins particularly when taking out!!! People should not always have to ask.
I had a problem with a cup of tea, one of the staff accidently put cream instead of milk as requested. I took it back and they were most accommodating and then just a I was about to leave, a very pleasant young man came up and gave me a certificate for a complimentary tea in the future as their way of saying " Sorry for the screw up."
The service was a little slow but the staff was friendly. My wife's order was wrong but at this point it wasn't worth turning around to go back. Like the title said, typical Tim's; sometimes the orders messed up and sometimes the wait is long but at least the staff were nice : ) Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We bought tea coffee no food went through drive thru did not go in store when we got the order speaker there was a sign for debit being down should have put it out before you get into line would have saved the extra traffic
Excellent stop on your trip. Good service and food. The selection is very good and it is always busy with line ups on weekends. I have enjoyed this Tim Hortons on several occasions and always found it good.
Really surprised to see a Tim's up near Honey Harbour. Went in for coffee and a sandwich. They have a place to sit and service was quick. Very busy on a Friday night. Also good food.
Being able to walk to a Tim Horton's while at a resort is terrific. Wonderful coffee, good lunch if that is what you want. No surprises - just good coffee and good food. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Why not?? Is this a tough request? How hard is this to do. C'mon lots of people are caff-free. Convenient spot and great to have more options in Port Severn tho.
