On driving into Quesnel I passed the normal fast Food Resturants. Counting fast food outlets always gives you a very accurate estimate of the population of a community. I like to stop at a non chain restaurant, you know the type with the forty year old waitress who can’t add the sales tax to your bill or give you change without the help of the cash register. These forty year ladies remember well how your mother made people feel welcome in their homes. I joined a short line of people who all placed their orders without checking the menu so the line moved quickly It was my turn to place my order before I figured out what I wanted. This was my first Tim Hortons experience and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff was quick and our order was delivered promptly. The quality of the donuts were perfect. We tried the Canadian Maple. I recommend it. I would come back here for sure.
The bagels are great. We went through the drive thru one morning and even though there was a line up it was speedy. The service was good but it would be nice if the ones working in the drive thru would smile a little more.
The usual Tim Horton. The service is mostly the same as other Tim Horton. The muffin sizes keep getting smaller. The sandwiches are good
