I have never wrote a bad review for a restaurant. I am notorious for not sending anything back or complaining about the quality of food. I understand this job is fast paced and not as easy as everyone seems to think. However, Tim Hortons (in general) and this location specifically consistently makes large errors when making food and drinks. It's not just that the items are not made how I ordered them, but they are inedible. On Saturday May 14th I ordered a Vanilla Cold Brew. It was clear they did not add the vanilla part as I ordered but I shrugged it off because the service industry deserves some compassion. I had ordered a grilled cheese melt, reese dream donut, lrg pfirsich obst quencher and 20 pack all chocolate timbits. When I came home, I opened my grilled cheese and noticed that there was speck in it. I never asked for one with speck, but I still ate it. I'm sure if I were vegetarian, I would have been more disturbed. then I had the dream donut when drinking the quencher, until this point just a bit disappointed with the sandwich, everything else was in order. then I went on to open the timbits and found it to be sorted in which there are some species I don't like. so I was very frustrated and disappointed at this point in my meal. I know from now on that I'm gonna open my lunch in the win...
quite standard tim hortons location. cheap on the promenade and autobahn, and it did a pretty consistent business on the morning while we were there. the consisted of baked was decent, but apparently on a much smaller number of objects. perhaps this is the norm. service was ok, not unfriendly, but also not excessively welcome. there were many places to sit and the lobby was clean. the access from the road was easy, with lots of parking space and lots of space for long car-dru goods when the traffic builds.
I recently went through the drive-thru at Tim Hortons and had a disappointing experience. I ordered two small coffees and six peanut butter cookies, but I was overcharged. The cashier quoted me $15.00 for my order, which should have only been around $10.00. I recommend making sure to get a receipt and double-check your order. This place back under the under the right control is very nice and I used to work there. Since I left looks like things have improved so overall they get a good review.When I left the morning crew would alway mess my order up, And be genuinely rude. The old gm is back now so things have got so much better. Everyone is kind the high-school drama is gone and I will continue to stop there when I can. Great job guys keep up the great work.
not bad seems to be different people beyond the same people there, and I will never change, it is hard to keep the local and habits of the road and some field out as I mean, the junkies hope that I do not in difficulty for the other than this very pleasant experience great people good time
Just went thru drive thru when apparently the “French vanilla machine was being cleaned” then was given a coffee with no sugar. As soon as I went in it was magically clean. Thanks to the nice staff but the grumpy woman running the show today should find a new job.
My experience was far from what was promised. Despite claiming to be open 24 hours, they closed at the stated hours. Additionally, their online ordering system was completely unreliable. I take responsibility for relying on their mobile ordering feature! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
