Tim Hortons - Tisch reservieren

Morning crew is awful. We get the same iced coffees almost every day they’re never ever consistent. I’m not sure what’s so hard to make a triple triple mocha iced coffee with granulated sugar but morning crew needs to do better. It’s quite embarrassing. Night crew though is amazing the nicest humans ever deserve the world for being the best.

I live just three minutes away from this place, but I'm eager to find a new Tim Hortons as soon as possible because I always leave feeling unhappy. The woman at the counter is incredibly rude every morning and always has an attitude. I've noticed that she's nice to other customers, so I know she can be pleasant. It's frustrating.

I was surprised to be charged for a cup of ice water, and when I inquired about it, the manager was extremely rude. I don’t mind paying 27 cents for ice water, but if I’m going to ask why there’s a charge, I expect a reasonable response. This was the worst experience I've ever had.

The lady at the drive thru this morning on 2/25/22 around 1000 am was so wonderful one of the nicest people I have come by.
