I have been here for years and in recent years there is an enormous improvement of vegan and vegetarian options in the restaurant, with a separate vegan dinner menu with maybe 3 choices per cursor. I had to specifically request the vegan menu beforehand, as the standard menu has not listed the vegan options, so if it is not only set to ask. the roasted avocado on sourded on the breakfast menu is a highlight!
