We have visited many times. It has always been excellent.....but not this time. We had a Costa Tropical salad which had very little fruit and mostly salad. I compared it with a photo of the same dish we had 12 months ago, which was spectacular. This time it looked like we got a cost-reduced version. Disappointing. Lets start with the positive, environment and service is really really great! The menu is generous with plenty of choices that sounds fantastic. But the dishes we got wasn’t good at all. For example Salmon and chicken both made without fines and feeling. Squid tentacles that was really chewy. One of four dishes the Pluma was Mitch better. So time to shape up in kitchen and look and taste your food.
