super restaurant hidden between 2 alleys where 2 quality guests take care of you from the entrance to the dessert: a real moment of sharing and conviviality. If, like us, you are passing through the region, we advise you to throw your devotee on one of the star dishes of the map namely the corolla of the sea (the cider sauce has fallen by ground!)If you are on holeville it is a must! We had the chance to eat at the trivoli during our stay in a hole and it was a real discovery: a generous and family kitchen. at the dela of the excellent cuisine, we also had the chance to exchange with the managers who told us the story of their restaurant and their cuisine. we recommend the restaurant to 100
