Arrived to Kona late, no luggage, cranky, tired and hungry. Stumbled into this place in hopes to find something to eat since everything shuts down at 9:00 and it is 8:45. They greeted us with a smile and when we shared we are vegan they shwed us ALL the choices n the menu. Almmost anything could be made vegan. We had the most amazing Green Papaya Salad made without fish sauce and a huge steaming bowl of Pho that was to die for. We have been back again and the service and food was/is consistant. Love TK's. Been eating here since day one. Everything is delicious. Excellent portions and reasonable prices. Just as a comparison our bill at a historic famous house of pancakes in Hilo for breakfast was the same as lunch at TK's. Mind blowing considering the quality and quantity of food. If your kids don't eat Veggies, then introduce them to the tempura fried green beans. We have friends' kids that ask to go to TK just for the green beans. So ONO, broke da mouth.
The food was fantastic. Ordered Kung Pao and was not completely sure what to expect as it is a fusion restaurant, but her takeover on Kung Pao was amazing. The food here is over excellent....but it takes a back seat in the service. Every employee was helpful, ambitious and funny. The staff here makes the experience so unforgettable and pleasant I know sick again very soon.
I really wanted to like this place, but the food itself was okay. Fill enough if you only need food after a long flight. The rib bones could have been tenderer as they were a little hard to eat, and I did not care about the tabasco on the Kimchi fried rice choke. I had more flavors. But the service was friendly and the food came fast.

We love it here! We come back here every time we are on island which at least 4 times a year. The owners who run the restaurant take wonderful pride in their culinary creations and it shows. High quality, large portions and fun atmosphere. A big Mahalo to to you all. Here is a photo of the grill whole red snapper I had a few days ?
Garlic shrimp and salad were really good. Could have been a five-star if the server ordered me. She didn't want to sit down because I was eating alone. She said I could just get out. A guy cleaned a table and asked me if I was eating while I was on my food. He changed my order to dive.
I found a large piece of chicken in my noodle dish, despite ordering a vegetarian option. I would advise against visiting this restaurant if you are looking for a strictly vegetarian meal.
Very good food with huge menu, so you will find something for everyone. A little on the pricey side but no issues. Service is pretty quick also.

Everything was good, but the oxtail curry was outstanding.
