Ever since this place has been under new ownership it has been terrible customer service! Last time coming to this location. I called asking did I receive extra cheese like I ordered and the person who is a guy came to the phone saying he makes all the pizzas and when it say extra cheese that?s what he does. I went to explain how when I ordered extra cheese it was never any gasp in the pizza (reason why I order extra cheese) he went on saying don?t call me a liar and if I want my money back to bring the pizza back.. with Covid? My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. My order was over thirty minutes late. When they finally took my details and asked for my order, I asked about the arrival time of my pizza. I was told to wait for a call from the driver, which only made things worse. The driver ended up threatening me, and the staff at the restaurant displayed a lack of professionalism. I was told my pizza would arrive in about 15 minutes, but it never showed up. I usually enjoy the Toarmina’s chain, but this location was a letdown. I would prefer to order from Domino’s rather than patronize this place again. Just to clarify, I never received my pizza.
How can anyone leave a positive review for this restaurant? I've tried multiple times to place an order based on family recommendations, both online and over the phone, but it's been impossible. When you order online, they charge you upfront, but then you have to wait for someone at the restaurant to confirm the order. They never do confirm it, so the order gets canceled and you eventually get a refund. No matter how many times I try, they never accept my order. As for calling, I’ve been waiting on the phone for over five minutes and no one has answered. Good luck if you decide to try!

I stopped by today and ordered a 24-inch pizza. The young woman who helped me was extremely polite, earning top marks from me. The pizza was incredible! I was impressed by its size, and the ingredients were fresh—certainly not the usual canned mushrooms you often get elsewhere. Thanks for the outstanding pizza and great service!
I've always thought the operating hours of this restaurant were a bit odd since they often seemed to be closed during the day. Nonetheless, I finally decided to try it a few weeks ago, and I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed the deluxe pizza I ordered!
New ownership is outstanding. My kids and I now weeder to him as Andy the Pizza master pizza was delicious. Customer service was even better. Fresh ingredients. Homemade dough and sauce.y new favorite pizza spot.

The pizza was fantastic, made with fresh ingredients. I decided to try this place instead of Buddy's Pizza, and it turned out to be a great decision. Toarmina's Pizza is now my go-to spot!
Stopped in today, grabbed a 24' pie. This is the biggest pizza I have ever seen. And its delicious. Great prices Mom and Pa type of shop.
