On entering the carvery me and the family were greeted with that warm, homely smell of SAUSAGES AND BACON! What smell is better than that though? I can't think of one! The carvery itself was immaculate, me and my partner came in about 6 months ago and it has improved astronomically since then! You can really see the work that the team are putting in and that's mirrored in the food quality as well. Toby carvery breakfast is probably one of my favourites and this is probably my favourite Toby carvery now since the improvements! Today, my family ordered takeout and we were very disappointed with the portion sizes. The amount of food we received was extremely small, especially the meat portions. The photo below shows just one adult portion of gammon and beef. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
We are extremely grateful for the wonderful experience we had at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit extra special. It was also very reasonably priced, making it excellent value for money. We highly recommend this restaurant.
I had to wait ten minutes just for the gravy, and it was lumpy. The staff could use some lessons on making gravy. The food was okay and the service was fine, but there was only one meat option available.

Absolutely disgusting, I’m not a fussy eater but this was some else , dry bacon , the mushrooms looked and tasted like they had just thrown boiling water over them , it was just vile
Went for dinner with family the venue was busy but our host Tess soon found us a table and made sure we were well looked after. The food was lovely, would definitely go back
What could go wrong with a help your self breakfast. Amazing dood and amazing staff. Theresa was absolutely wonderful, funny and caring. An asset to the team.
