Togo's is an average spot for sandwiches. While their meat quality is better than Subway's, it's not quite on par with Jersey Mike's. Unfortunately, there's been a recurring issue with our orders. Whether we order online or dine in, the sandwiches are consistently made incorrectly. This isn't just a one-time thing—it's happened every single time. For instance, instead of adding Dijon mustard, they might omit the bacon that we paid extra for. Although they do provide a replacement sandwich, I really don't want to have to go back to resolve mistakes. This has become a persistent problem; I’m not after a free sandwich in the future, I simply want them to get my order right the first time. I bel...
So, At first I asked for the pretzel Rami from the gentleman with the beard and I guess they no longer sell it so I went with a regular hot pastrami. Got it home and it was a roast beef sandwich. The most frustrating part is I tried calling several timesand I got a message stating that they were too busy to answer the phone. Very frustrating especially for sandwich that wasalmost $13. And of course I said I didn't want a receipt! Based on previous reviews this seems to be a reoccurring theme!
We usually stop at this Togo's on our way home from work, but unfortunately, they missed the mark this time. My order was incorrect; I requested Swiss cheese but received American cheese instead. I also specified no peppers, yet there were peppers on my sandwich. My husband asked for Parmesan bread, and he ended up with wheat.
The #9 Hot Pastrami was delicious, though I should have opted to add sauerkraut for extra flavor. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan of the #37 Brewpub Chicken. The broccoli soup missed the mark; it had a bitter aftertaste and was too salty. However, the Farmers Market Salad was outstanding.

The barbecue chipotle chicken #39 is outstanding—served hot, fresh, and promptly. I recently relocated nearer to another Togo's location; they seem to be everywhere! I used to love Togo's sandwiches in the San Jose Bay Area 40 years ago, and they still taste amazing.
This was my first time at this Togo's. The tables could have been cleaner and there were plenty of employees who seemed to have little to do. That being said, I ordered the Pastrami melt and it was delicious.
The staff is the problem. All the employees seem to have the same attitude and appearance. I don't know if it's a morale problem or what, besides that the food is good.
Makes great sandwiches or salads. Fresh ingredients. Employees were very patient with all my extra requests. Salad was just like I wanted. Very good, highly recommend.

I ordered the #24 sandwich, but the bread was a bit stale and there wasn't enough turkey. The Antelope location serves the same sandwich, but it tastes much better.
