Firstly i wanted to start this review of by mentioning the friendly amazing staff at Togo's including Michelle! (As pictured). They let me do a photoshoot showcasing some of their popular sandwiches and wraps. Some of the best pastrami I've tasted in the bay for an affordable price! After a quick talk with the staff i was also told their versatility and quick deliveries for catering, that's a big go go for you businesses and companies out there! Overall Lovely ambience in store with happy customers, dog friendly! I highly recommend coming here if you want a bright, lively atmosphere with the food to go with.
I have been meaning to write this review for a while now. I am a frequent customer at this TOGOS location. My go-to order is two scoops of tuna with peppercinis. Zack is the only employee who consistently gets my order right and charges me the correct price. He takes his time to make my sandwiches with precision and care, ensuring my order is accurate. You can tell he has a passion for cooking by the way he garnishes and presents the meal. I truly appreciate Zack's attention to detail, friendly demeanor, excellent customer service, and patience. I would post pictures but google won’t let us anymore pretty lame cause this sandwich is false advertising “The cheese steak melt” in the picture on the menu has chunks of steak and its oozing with cheese looks amazing, don’t wast your money here the sandwich had lunch meat and the thin cheap watered down cheese soaked into the bread almost didn’t even look like there was any I wouldn’t recommend this place
the service was terrible, the young man couldn't take my order, then I wanted a refund, but they couldn't do that, so I just said to make the sandwich and they still messed it up and forget my cheese that I paid and didn't get, and I gave them a tip before they screwed the sandwich that I won't go back there, doing very bad service.

My wife and I visited here late July, 2024, at noon on Sunday next to Ross. There was no line and the friendly staff took our sandwich orders. They gave me a nice military discount and we found the business is family-owned. My wife enjoyed how friendly the staff was and the sandwiches were warm and delicious. We'll be back!
Their customer service is trash. The asian guy questioned my order and thought I was some random person on the street trying to steal peoples order. I showed my receipt and popped his bubble. This place develops deplorable attitudes towards people

I ordered a hot #1 and when I got home and took a bite there was absolutely NO CHICKEN in it.
