We were seeing other people enjoying their sandwich outside at the tables and thought why not also give this place a chance for a light bite. We went inside and it was pretty vacant. We hadn't come to a Togo sandwich shop before, so we decided to take a few minutes to peruse the menu. I opted for a 6 inch turkey and avocado sandwich and asked what was on it. I placed an order at Togos and walked up to the outside window where you get yelled at if you come inside to pick up your order when you order through external means. The employee said you need to come inside because you can?t reach the card machine fromoutside (this was stated with a huge attitude). I walked inside and when paying I told the employee the attitude wasn?t neededand he smirked laughed and said whatever and continued with the attitude. When I asked who owned the Togos I was told it was Roybut he won?t call you or care. I then asked for the manager and it turned out to be the employee right next to us who witnessedthe entire event and stated I am not part of that conversation so...
I inquired about the owner of Togo's Sandwiches and was informed that it's Roy, but he doesn't engage with any staff issues. When I asked about the manager, an employee nearby overheard and remarked, “I’m not part of this conversation,” which seemed to excuse the rude behavior. When I inquired if this was typical for Togo's, her response was a simple yes.
Overall, the customer service was disappointing, and after being a loyal customer at this location for years, I won't be returning. If you're in search of good service, I suggest steering clear of Togo's Sandwiches. The service is lacking, and the staff are unfriendly.
Been coming here since 2013 and at the time the prices were really good because it had a combo, complete with the sandwich, soda and chips. And the soup of the day was tasty and reasonably priced. Now, over the years they raised the price too high on thecombo, but they did away with the chips and if you want chips, its $1.90 more. And now the soup is rather pricy. It's okaywith me they raised the price, but do not eliminate items from the combo order.

Hector the supposed manager is the most disrespectful employee at a establishment I've ever came across he swore at me and when I asked him why the avocado was 1 a scoop he said you do you want the fucking avocado or not likes it's just a question pal chill out then the cashier Raul wouldn't give me his name or the mangers name until I made hector tell me this was horrible service get hector out of there before his attitude gets him in trouble
Absolute worst place to eat in the city... ordered online and everything wrong . brought back and manager vaping and blowing smoke in there.. Asked for refund they do not know how too.. My neighbor said stopped eating there as dirty and it smells like the mens room at a bar !!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE does not adhere to anything the franchise offers. Food is nasty and order never right
No bueno, idk if it was the person who made the sandwich or if it was the ingredients in the store this week or in general but I would not recommend eating at this location. Reminds me of a rundown Subway in the middle of nowhere no one checks or cares ifthe food is old, or bad or expired. You will regret it later.
I love the food. The Asian salad is my favorite the Broccoli cheese soup is great. The staff Hector, Erica and Raul are friendly and awesome. If you are in lake Forest come by and have a variety of Sandwiches, soups, salads and wraps.

I had a problem with my soup (due to my misunderstanding) they still fix it very easily and did not charge me although I said I could pay for it. Also the taste is 100/100!
