Ordered a wonton soup and several sushi rolls and hand rolls. Food came quickly, the Wontons were mush...must have sat in broth all day ..not good. I had East Cooper roll ... massive and delicious order from the sushi Happy Hour menu Sunday -Monday two mackerel scallion hand rolls .75 extra for scallion? . Plus has eel avocado rolls and yellowtail w/scallion....lots of food plus a cocktail for 7.00 great value..total bill was 62/less tip. Overall satisfying.
Tokyo Bistro has some of the best hibachi in town. I recommend the chicken over the beef I find that they prepare it particularly well, I think they might have add some starch as it’s perfectly crispy. Great white sauce and fried rice. The onion soup and ginger salad dressing is everything you’re looking for! When we’ve had sushi it’s always been wonderful as well. You can’t go wrong.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, allowing you to sample a little bit of everything. The dinner and hibachi plates are quite generous, so be sure to come hungry! The hand roll sushi is more affordable than the chef's special. I enjoyed the hot sake, and I highly recommend trying the watermelon flavor.
The quality and freshness of the food were excellent. However, the flavor of the General Tso's chicken didn't quite match my expectations. It seemed to be a different style of Asian cuisine. Nevertheless, it was still enjoyable. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food was good and the service was too rare! Alex was super friendly and attentive. She anticipated our needs before we could even ask. The orange chicken and rainbow roll were amazing! Always loved the shattered glass tables!
The service is always friendly and quick. I believe this restaurant is more focused on sushi than hibachi. The hibachi here isn't great; the flavors of the meat and other dishes are somewhat lacking.
This is my favorite hidden gem in Mount Pleasant. The food is always SO good. The service is fast. The atmosphere is so relaxing. I highly recommend.
