We waited 45/50 minutes for our food order, which arrived cold. The pizza was so hard you could throw it against a wall and it would bounce back. They forgot my partner's dinner and it was undercooked. The pizza for the table looked like it had been sitting out for a week. The children's meal was supposed to come with a drink and dessert, but they only gave us one drink for two children and didn't offer any desserts. To make matters worse, my friend found a hard black item in her pasta dish. My partner got sick in the car park, my daughter and I got sick at home, and our friend had an upset stomach. Although we had not booked and apparently no seats, the staff member was unfriendly and felt rushed out the door. He could have managed it in a different manner. This is the fourth time we have had issues with seating and their unfriendly manner. We went to another local restaurant that night and the service was as it should be, welcoming and good value for money. I ordered a takeaway after that at Toni Macaroni, a meal that I had in Dunfermline, so different, in comparison hardly any chicken, about a quarter of a chicken breast for £13.95. Definitely not going back, shame as was so good to have a local restaurant.
The food was good, but the service was awful. Staff look like they really don’t want to be there and were not very helpful at all. It’s not exactly cheap either, for £45 you’d expect better service! Wouldn’t go back because the staff don’t make you feel very welcome. The heat in the place was insane as well, felt like we were in a sauna! My feedback to the managers would be to look at the rest of the reviews, the service is dire and customers should be treated better
We were at the restaurant at 17.00, there was an adequate amount of severs for the amount of diners, however the service was appalling. We had to ask for everything-from drinks, a menu, food and the bill. No one of the three servers ever approached us to ask if we wanted anything. When they walked past the table they looked away. We have dined in the restaurant before, and ordered take away, this experience left us feeling we will not return.

I went to Tony Macs to celebrate my mum's birthday with my fiancé and two aunties. The food was absolutely amazing and the portions were great value for money. We even had leftovers to take home! Our waitress, Roberta, was fantastic - providing top-notch service with a lovely personality. We will definitely be returning for more delicious food and cocktails. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!
As others have commented service very poor . Had to wait 10 minutes before being approached and even then had to ask someone if I could be seated for a booking which I had made . Service extremely slow waited almost 15 minutes for first drink . Pasta very dry and sticking together . Also had hair in pasta . Have been about half a dozen times before and don’t know that we will be back
We would have liked to stay, but we left after waiting nearly 25 minutes without anyone taking our drink order after seating. The restaurant seemed to be severely understaffed, as it appeared other tables had also been waiting for a while. The waitress did not seem concerned or surprised when we decided to leave, probably relieved she didn't have another table to serve.
Literally the worst pizza and pasta I have ever tasted, presentation atrocious, bruschetta did not have enough tomatoes on it and was very bland, we were very unhappy with this experience

Snails go faster than the service. Waited an hour and a half for a lukewarm wRm pizza and cold pasta. Very poor service from a staff that could not care less.
Ordered a takeaway.. Terrible service. Waited in the area for more than 10 mins and buzzed the ring thrice and no one turned up..
