We used to love Tony Romas and compare it equal to the best steak houses (e.g., The Keg, or Firestone). However, recent experiences continued their downward trend of getting worse over time. For example, our baked potatoes were cold; yet the manager seemed to blame this on us for wanting sour cream on the potatoes. The steaks were fatty and gristly and only half eatable; again the manager showed little concern, but offer a ‘staff discount’ of about a third off. This hardly addressed the issue of uneatable food. I always enjoy going for lunch at Tony Roma's! Always fast and affordable!Lunch is served until 4pm so its really convenient. We went the other day and had an EXCELLENT waiter named Jordan. He said he had only been serving there for a short time but he was amazing and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. Ask for his section!VERY attentive and he could teach a lot to most wait staff out there!And the food was awesome. Love their clam chowder soup and the pecan strawberry salad with the angry shrimp taco! Yum...what a tasty lunch. Every time I have it, it is excellent and fresh!I would highly recommend Tony Roma's for a great lunch.
We were there for two hours. Our drinks were only refilled twice. Our server kept disappearing. It took half an hour for our appetizers to be ordered then after we finally got them it took her another 30 minutes to return to take our order. Other customers seated after us got fed and left while we were still waiting. Way too long and not a pleasant experience. She hardly talked to us. Then when we finally got our food they mixed up our steaks and I had to eat a steak with HP sauce on it cuz my husband got mine and I hate HP sauce. So not impressed!
13 people drinks appies and main courses all great. Clean restaurant great staff and everyone had something different and there was absolutely no issues. Our server was Kobi friendly funny and very accommodating to our gathering. Thanks to Tony Roma in Lethbridge Alberta you are highly recommended.
The server was mediocre : We had to ask for more salad , more ribs , more water , more pop. In a restaurant the server should always make sure we have everything we need. Our server did ask then would leave and come back 7 minutes later with what we wanted. She was poor :
We always enjoy our time at Tony Roma's this particular restaurant has great food and wonderful service. It is always clean and very inviting. Great for nights out with friends, for family meals and lunch meetings.
Stopped for the Endless Ribbings Tuesday. Great service great meal great time. Thank you Tony Romas. My wifey took me out for a treat.
The ambiance was typical, the food was ordinary, the decor is tired, We cannot say anything bad but nothing special either.
Food wasn't great- and it took WAY over 1 hour to get our meals.
