In the middle of a long drive, I ended up pulled over on the highway in CT with a flat tire. I call the closest hotel, which was luckily the JHouse Greenwich, and Chris assures me he will help me out when I get there. Just like he told me, it’s right off the highway and somehow get my car there within 6 minutes. When I get there super frazzled, both Chris and Manny (who was training for the night shift but is already a pro I made the joke I’m giving him good training : were so helpful, kind, and put me right at ease in the middle of a stressful situation. I decided to stay here for Father’s Day! A surprise for my husband. What can I say this hotel was absolutely beautiful. The room is outstanding. Tony’s restaurant is beautiful. The spa was incredible. My husband and daughter had a very nice time and you better believe I will be back!! Highly impressed!!! Rooms: Top notch!!! Best I ever stayed at. I stayed here for business and was really impressed with the rooms! Other than the room next door blaring their tv all night then them turning around and complaining about noise from my room when I FaceTimed my children for ten minutes, it was a delightful stay. Nice hotel with modern amenities. Very clean as well and a welcoming staff. The only disappointing thing was the breakfast. For spending about $400 for a night (after taxes fees), it was very underwhelming. Stale granola, selection of small pastries... would think they would have provided a little more for the price of the room. Otherwise, would recommend! Service: 3
Rooms were nice. However, I am not a fan of the glass wall between the room and the bathroom. My husband is up early so the lights (and sounds) made it hard to fall back asleep. My daughter and I utilized the pool as well. It was nice but you hear a lot of road noise from 95. Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5
