Ordered Delivery through the slice app, food arrived more than an hour and a half later. My gluten free pizza was delivered with the wrong topping and the food was cold and needed to be reheated. They did offer a refund of 5 dollars for the wrong topping but I couldn't remake the pizza at home, so that was 25% of original price. I’m actually very disgusted, by both the food and the service. Ordered a pizza and 40 minutes later had to call and ask for an update and they still hadn’t started on my order. An hour more and I call again and still in progress and the person who answered the phone said “don’t exaggerate”. Never had a worse customer service experience in my life. Called an hour after I place my order just to check in (1 large pizza, 10min from my house). The system was down so my order hadn’t gone through, good thing I called! They said it would be another 45min. I asked if I could get some sort of discount for the inconvenience and they laughed at me and said “no, other orders have arrived much later than this”.Don’t order here if you’re hungry lol!!!
