I seldom write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, I'm quite particular about Caribbean food, so I was very hesitant to try it outside of New York. I've had my fair share of disappointing meals in the past. After two years of searching, I finally found a fantastic spot, and this restaurant exceeded my expectations! When I ordered, the food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor! The juices are incredibly natural and refreshing! You all are doing an amazing job!
Food was sweet. I ordered oxtail rice and peas, cabbage, and plantain. The food was hella sweet. I don't know why my oxtail, rice, and cabbage had sugar in them. It had the potential to have a really great flavor but we couldn't get past the sweetness. The oxtail were tender and there was a decent amount for the price. The customer service was good also. Despite that I won't be coming back.
Food still great. Took a long time to prepare a large plate of Jerk chicken. But I understand Caribbean time. There are no options to dine in... Though there is plenty of space to do so. Great for a pick up and vibe at home. Grab one of those many juices and go.
While the food here is good, the customer services is EXTREMELY poor. Why do they ALWAYS look like they don’t want to be at work? And I said ALWAYS because I have been here on multiple occasions.

It was worth the wait. Stew fish was excellent, curry goat tasted like back home, and my daughter rave about the jerk chicken and portions. Definitely, we will be back.
The customer service here sucks and I feel like they do that because they know their food is the best in the area.
Worst service, employees are rude, takes forever to take your order and give you the order
You need to improve your staff who handle phone calls, as they are not doing a good job.
