Worst ribs and brisket I?ve ever tried to eat. I give this two stars only because the the pulled pork was literally edible. But the taste was not good. But it was actually edible. The brisket and ribs you couldn?t eat it it was so burnt up and sopoorly cooked my husband and I couldn?t even eat it. Waste of money. The sauce isn?t a good flavor. I will never be back. Iwill say, my brother in law does say the burgers here are good but I?ll never find out. Sorry Tops.
We had a delicious meal tonight. We arrived at a very busy time of the evening so it took a little extra time to get some of our food but the staff was apologetic and came back to make sure that we had everything. The fresh, hot fries were worth the wait!There was a lady there who was visibly upset that her takeout order wasn?t ready fast enough to suit her. We watched the staffhandle her with kindness and patience and in a very professional manner. Great job!
Tops has had its ups and downs over the years, and I haven't heard the best reviews about this particular location. However, when I met a friend for lunch, I found the ordering process to be simple, and the food arrived quickly and was quite good. As with many establishments, the quality often hinges on the management, and in this case, the manager was exceptional and played a key role in the restaurant's success.
I arrived at Tops BBQ around 8:15 PM and received excellent service. The food tasted just as delicious as always. While the counter staff seemed younger than usual for Tops, the cooks are clearly seasoned regulars. I’ll definitely be back. (Ten months later, same time, same great experience. The first warning sign was that you couldn't exit the drive-through lane. On a Sunday night, around dusk, I waited 13 minutes for poor service and pork that shouldn’t have been served. Being cooked through doesn’t always mean it’s ready to eat. I love Tops Bar-B-Que, and this location is usually good. Hopefully, they improve soon.
I had an amazing experience at the restaurant! The team was incredibly welcoming, and the food was fabulous. I always order the pork sandwich, and I will definitely keep coming back for it. Go Tops Barbecue!
Tops BBQ consistently offers good customer service every time I visit. The menu items are all under $10.00. Today, my burger wasn’t hot, but it was still a tasty burger.
