Ordered on ubereats before 8pm after accepting my order and having my courier change 4 times they decide to cancel my order at 9pm i presume for closing time, i have tried to call and nobody has answered, you made me wait over an hour for my food saying preparing and now left me hungry. What a absolute joke. Disgusting customer care and no regard for others. Me and my kids are now starving waiting at home with no options as everything now is closed, ruined our Friday night after a long week of work.
Had vegan burritos from here many times, always good quality food fresh, only down side is they don't accept cash, hopefully they will reconsider this as cash freedom, will be back for more soon! I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was very rude and seemed to lack basic skills in proper food wrapping, as all the fillings kept spilling out. For my meal, I opted for takeout, focusing on lunch, and I spent between £10 and £20. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere also a 1.
Staff told me they stopped grilling the meat so they don’t have to pay someone to stand there all day grilling. The chicken tasted like it was cooked in someone’s bathtub. Bland. Burrito was barely lukewarm filled with bland tasteless mush. I thought my wife had ordered something from the fridge but no, her burrito was stone cold and more of the same tasteless mush. they are good, but most of the time get the order wrong. but are always kind when they go to correct, but angry when they have already gone and sit down, check the bag as they give it to them, is my best advice overall I give it a 4 stars as eating is always beautiful.
An unbelievably small size burrito for £11 and it was only a pile of mush inside..simply the worst burrito and price that I’ve ever had. Won’t ever do it again. Food: 1
