I was feeling nostalgic and was missing my Asian friends so much on Valrntine 's day. I went to this place to 'feel ' my beloved friends thru food and remember the great times spent together in SoCal. My vegetarian soup was fantastic. The portion was huge, and thought about that friend that can finish your plate when your stomach is full. I felt the laughter and great time spent with my friends. The chrisantemus tea, oh my! The warmth of the tea combined with its gentle sweetness comforted my heart. my friend and I recently stumbled upon Tramy's when looking to try a new place for Pho and Fresh Spring Rolls. OMG this place is delicious. We have since added the BS1. Mongolian Beef with Jasmine Rice and the R7. Grilled Teriyaki Chicken to our order. We have yet to be able to visit in person and have only ordered delivery. But if it tastes this good delivered just imagine how good it is dining in?! Proportions are great, delivery is quick, food is still hot and fresh like it was just delivered to the table. Tramy's is a hidden gem that everyone must try. 5 stars
I'm very grateful for to have some Vietnamese options here in little ol' Newark. There's plenty of parking nearby and seating inside.Their Chao (Vietnamese congee/porridge) is the first thing that I think of when I'm feeling under the weather. My go-to is the pork and deserved duck egg. It's the perfect texture and combination of flavors. There's quite a bit of thinly sliced ginger that you have to sift through if you're like me and prefer not to chew on it, but it does add to the flavor.I've also had their chicken wings in the past, and it didn't disappointment.
July 2022 Update: I think they have a new owner now. The sandwiches have tomatoes in there that's a little weird. But the lemongrass pork is still tasteful and they add a lot of lemon and plastered vegetables. But they add a lot of Mayo. (more than before I tried her Pho under the new owner/cook? Worst pad Thai- smelly and gritty and so much soyo . Prices online are not the actual price. Banh mi sandwich and pad Thai came to about $30. 15.00 for pad Thai which i through out. Sandwich was 9$ it Was ok but bread broke apart while eating.
I was looking forward to a nice soups then I was disappointed that it took too long to get our order and there was not a lot of people in the restaurant The server was just walking around waited for 15 to 20 minutes I don't know if I'll go

Yum Yum no more though New manager and order wrong Rice only no more vermicelli, noodles.
