First time we had been here for a little while, not sure If this place has changed hands but seriously over priced and not good food at all. The price was astronomical over $70 for a family of 3.. which would normally cost us around $55 .. maybe they are profiteering due to COVID 19 not sure.. The squid was horrendous, burnt, bitter overcooked and rubbery , have attached a photo.. ended up getting thrown out..not edible...the chips were not nice at all. The snapper tasted nice but was a bit dry only reason I gave them one star. I don’t give out such bad reviews easily, but feeling very ripped off for the quality of food that we received. I had a meal from here and was pleased with what i got servings were good and tasted good. But I would go here more if they catered for lunch you have been open a few times while i was there for lunch and i would visit your store if there somewhere to sit by this i mean with tables you seem to have room to have some as you would know there is not many places to sit and eat a meal at Woodvale Shopping Centre.
This fish and chip shop is definitely one of the worst in the area. I had to wait a long time for my food, and when I finally got it, the snapper tasted like cardboard and the chips were undercooked. I was so disappointed with the meal that I ended up giving it to my dog. It's baffling how they managed to mess up such a simple dish.
I had a pleasant experience at this fish and chip shop. Our order was cooked quickly even though we didn't pre-order, but it was not a busy Saturday night. The fish was grilled as we asked and not overly salty. The fish was hot and moist, and the chips were cooked perfectly. Overall, we were satisfied with our meal.

my favourite is Spanish markeral. Always spot on for the taste. highly recommended. otherwise snapper is good too. very reasonably priced compared to other shops around. kids working there very happy and kind. highly recommended. Friday and Saturday can be busy so have to wait a bit.
We just keep going back...like so many others.... Freshest fish always ...and that includes its standard selection... Great chips...chunky.... Clean oil.....important Wide selection of extras...we love the Battered Sav and Dim Sim as a side Thanks guys....back soon
This restaurant serves soggy fish and chips in a terrible, greasy and unappetizing brown sauce. When I asked for a replacement due to the poor quality, I was told they never receive complaints, but the replacement meal was just as bad. It was completely inedible.
I visited Trappers Fish Inn tonight... I ordered a piece of crumbed Whiting and a serve of onion rings. The fish came in 3 small peices that were over cooked. The fish was dry and was full of bones! $15 down the drain. Never again. Back to Moolanda for me!

Shark and chips and squid tonight was bit to ordinary. . Squid was so tough and fish was ok. So much so that I do t want to eat fish and chips again for another two months at least .
Phoned up ready when we got there don't eat much fush chups but every nice at a good price and plenty to go round you only need the $3 CHIPS FOR 4 NORMAL people
