Everything was excellent. Despite arriving late for our reservations, we only had to wait 10 minutes, which was not an issue. The staff was very professional and we were not rushed at all. Our food arrived promptly and the Short Rib with polenta was amazing. My dining companions also enjoyed their meals. I highly recommend this restaurant if you have the chance to visit.

Wir kamen zum MOA, um hier zu essen. Wir haben unser Jubiläum gefeiert. Wir lieben es, hierher zu kommen und es war der Vatertag, ein weiterer Grund, warum wir uns für diesen Ort entschieden haben. Wir kommen schon seit einiger Zeit hierher und wurden nie enttäuscht. Das Essen ist immer super und es ist einfach ein ruhiger Ort zum Genießen.

I?ve been to Il Mulino, Carbone and other ?fancy? Italian restaurants in Manhattan. But Trattoria L?incontro in Astoria is by far hands down THE BEST among them. Absolutely the best homemade Italian food and the best service. I can?t think of a different word other than BEST. This is a must try when you in New York????????

The quality of the food at this restaurant was better than expected and well worth the prices. Rocco, the host, was very welcoming and made sure to visit each table personally. We will definitely return and would recommend this place to anyone in search of high-quality Italian dishes.
