We attended as a large group for a special birthday. We regularly visit this restaurant for special events and have always had a nice meal, but this time we were severely let down. The Gambas to start with turned out to be 4/5 tiny prawns on a slice of toast with some tomatoes, the mussels as a main meal were smaller portions than the starter portions and the sauce was tasteless. We asked for some extra bread and we’re advised it was £3.75 per portion, we ordered two portions and two small pieces of ciabatta arrived….at £7.50! The service was slow too. When the waiting staff asked of everything was okay we informed them that it wasn’t, one member of staff then argued back and got very defens...
We went for afternoon tea using a voucher that was given as a birthday present. After enjoying our meal, we were surprised to find out that the price had increased and we had to pay extra £5. This was embarrassing for both myself and my sister, who received the voucher. I had been told that the voucher was valid for a year when I purchased it. When I suggested to the receptionist that it would be helpful to inform customers about the price increase when booking, she was rude and said they couldn't be expected to check every voucher. It's a shame that such a pleasant meal was ruined by this mistake. I have been a loyal customer for years and felt disappointed this time.
The food at this restaurant was exceptional. All nine of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was outstanding, with a special mention to Mark who went above and beyond for us. He was incredibly friendly. The only downside was that the acoustics in the restaurant could use some improvement as it was a bit noisy. Overall, a great dining experience.

Ordered a beef burger fries it was £17.00 what a waste of money. It was like child’s portion. I’ve really had a better meal at MvDonalds. There wasn’t even any salad with it. When we complained the staff were not interested. There wasn’t a manager. What an absolute waste of money. Will never go back there ever !!!!!!!!
We attended a wedding yesterday and from start to finish, thanks to the staff and the hardworking brilliant wedding planner the day ran as smoothly as it possibly could have done. The food both day night was great and the bar didn’t have any long queues. I would highly recommend The Tree Bridge for a function Thank you
Came here with friends for birthday meal.all staff were very friendly and polite.didnt have to wait long before a waitress came to take our drinks order, shortly after that our food order..it was busy when we arrived and last ones to leave..food was delicous, piping hot would recommend it
I have been a loyal customer of Treebridge for years. The food always impresses me! The ambiance is cozy, the staff is lovely, and the food is delicious. I highly recommend this hidden gem.
