This is nothing like a cat cafe. Before booking the appointment I had called checked if there would be cats available since I was planning to reserve the last slot before they closed. I was told that there usually are 3-4 cats available any any given time in the day. The cafe only has drinks the food options are mostly bars. There were 3 cats in the area but only 1 was out of the cage available to play. Since the other 2 cats were new they were in a closed cage getting acclimated which I understand but is not fair to people visiting to experience playing with cats. I visited this cafe with two friends from high school, and I was pleased with the variety of drinks offered. I paid $10 to spend 30 minutes with the cats, and I appreciated that I could choose any complimentary drink from the cafe. The place was clean and had a professional atmosphere. Surprisingly, the cafe is quite small, and there were only four cats present—two of which had to stay in their cage as they were being acclimated. They also have a charming area with cat-themed merchandise available for purchase. Overall, I had a delightful experience, but I recommend booking in advance!
We went without knowing it was an appointment only. Our mistake, so that 's fine. But there were two staff members and only the one at the desk was fine. The other seemed upset that we 'd even try to be there. We drove an hour, and it was something we were excited for during our honeymoon. Even if we could come back, we wouldn 't. Please look into putting on the Google page by appointment only , and not just the website. I found you via google, not social media.
I hurried home from work to drop off my things, then raced over to the restaurant for the reservation I had made. I battled through terrible traffic to get there, only to find out that their cat café was closed. They offered to show me the cat adoption area, but I would still have to pay the fee for the café. No thanks, that was frustrating. I appreciate the time you wasted me coming here for a reservation.

Absolutely lovely! The barista was incredibly friendly, and you get your own private room with 2-3 cats! The cats are very affectionate, though they might scratch occasionally—it's just like a little tickle. The only downside is that you can't give them belly rubs or pick them up. However, the service is fantastic! If you order something, I highly recommend the watermelon lemonade—it's delicious!

They need to be more clear about needing appointments. Website says walk ins welcome. Big disappointment on my daughter bday
