While holidaying recently in Melbourne I stumbled upon this lovely place. Great atmosphere, good food and good prices, but the biggest asset was Dan who made everyone feel welcome while efficiently making and serving coffee. I have never met anyone this genuine and caring. He made such an impression that I had to return just to see that smile. Thanks Dan, you're a star! Trims is lucky to have him.
Last minute decision to stop in and best decision we could have made. The chai was beautiful, the food delicious and the staff was AMAZING! Nothing was too much to ask and the service was the best I have had since I don't know when! They even didn't mind my little toddler needing to wander around for a bit. A jewel in Frankston, we will definitely return
As a visitor to Frankston I have to recommend this delightful cafe. Bright and breezy service and very welcoming. A very good menu and reasonably priced. No wonder it was practically full today Thoroughly recommended.

Fab coffee, diverse menu, friendly staff, jazz on Sun arvos and they run the 'Knit-a-row-and-go ' Program! Who could ask for more??
