UPDATE AGAIN: just now the lady called me to try and say none of that happened! Saying no one hung up on me even though I heard the click while I was in the middle of speaking and line went dead... Telling me it was the delivery drivers fault saying he didn 't pick it up even though they forgot to make the food? (And I know he didn 't because I asked him about it when he dropped it off and he said he asked them about it in store and they told him they didn 't have anything) And when I tried to question her about it she hung up on me again!!! This location is on my way to work and I have been there about 6 times already. The smoothies are good and since I go during Happy Hour, they are a deal at $5 and some change. Unfortunately I just cannot stand going there anymore. Every employee there seems miserable and there is ZERO customer service. No greeting when you enter, they don't ask what you want...NOTHING. I recently discovered this place and was excited to give it a try. I ordered online, but I noticed I was charged full price for my smoothie when it should have been half off for happy hour from 7 to 10. I called the store to ask about the pricing, but the associate couldn’t explain why I was being charged the full amount. When I arrived, I asked if I could cancel my order and re-order in-store to get the happy hour price, but he didn’t know how to do that either. Your staff really needs some serious customer service training! When I asked for recommendations on a new sandwich, one of them replied, "Oh, I don’t eat the food here; it’s not seasoned!" What? That’s not helpful at all! It shows a complete lack of understanding of suggestive selling. They also never greet customers. Instead of offering to give me a dollar from their tip jar for my change, they were going to hand me quarters for a dollar. And every time I visit, I get strange looks and laughter from them, which is really off-putting. It’s always the same two women who seem disheveled and don’t use gloves while cooking. Overall, it’s just a complete mess! Ugh!

I want to start by saying this place has completely transformed. It’s not just the physical space; the staff is incredible. They’ve created a fantastic atmosphere where I feel welcome, and I find myself coming here much more often now. The service is outstanding—how quickly your food and drinks arrive is truly impressive. I have no intention of going to any other Tropical Smoothie location. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to families, parents, children, and the LGBTQ+ community—everyone should come here and feel at home. To put it simply: THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! WOW!
I see a lot of negativity about this place and I'm pretty surprised to hear it. I've been multiple times and both the smoothies/food and staff have been wonderful. Specifically my last visit, I had ordered a smoothie and changed my mind on which flavor I wanted.... they ended up making me another smoothie to try on the house and it made my day. Thanks Isabel and your team for being so friendly!!
Just discovered this place. I really like it because you can get a smoothie and it's pretty much like a meal. Sometimes I like to take a break and have just a liquid snack until I'm able to get my next proper meal.
I always order the same smoothie, but this one did NOT taste like it at all. Additionally, both staff members were chatting instead of focusing on my order. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this location.

Like the product, but containers were leaky. Has happened on more than one occasion. Online order was not ready. Smoothie was good.
I ordered a flatbread and it came out not like a picture for sure. It was so messy and i had diarrhea after.
