Multiple times I 've seen employees in verbal disputes but the reason I decided to leave this review is because of today 's exceptionally bad experience. I placed an online order and when I showed up 40minutes later the order wasn 't complete. I understand things happen but when I inquired about the missing half of my in orderthe younger employees asked the manager where it was. He said 'well I didn 't give them away '. I made the drive out for free smoothie week. Made my order and open the app to scan for the deal which was advertised on the homepage of the app. For some reason the scan didn't work. The manager just looked at me and I asked is it not working? He saidno and tapped a few things on my phone and eventually just gave up and said I can give you my employee discount but that's thebest I can do I'm not even supposed to do that. That made me feel very uncomfortable to the point where I don't plan onreturning to this tropical smoothie cafe. This Tropical Smoothie Cafe location was quite disappointing. I’ve witnessed employees having verbal disagreements multiple times, but today’s visit was especially frustrating. Before writing this, I read several reviews, but it seems like I visited a completely different Tropical Smoothie Cafe. This was my second visit, thanks to its convenient location on my way to my new job, which I started in July. I was warmly greeted immediately and asked if I was there to pick up an order. After confirming and giving my name, the manager quickly checked my order, and I was out the door in less than a minute. Both my food and smoothie were delicious. Even though it's only my second visit, I already plan to come back regularly. Unlike other Tropical Smoothie locations where I've experienced distracted staff and occasionally poor service, this location was exceptional!

I read a few reviews before typing mine, and it doesn't seem that this was the same store. Today was the second time I went to this location, as it's on the way to my new job that I began in July. I was immediately greeted and asked if I was there to pickup. I said yes and gave my name, the manager confirmed my order, and I was headed out in less than a minute. My food and mysmoothie tasted great, and even though it's only my second time, I know I'll be coming more frequently. At other TropicalSmoothie locations, I've had to deal with distracted young adults and sometimes poor customer service. Not this one!
Do yourself a favor. If you want good customer service and delicious smoothies. Go to Robeks in Annapolis. Do not visit this place of business. They made my smoothie incorrectly. When I told them it was made incorrectly, they wanted to charge me for an additional smoothie even though I told them the smoothie they made was incorrect. If this had happened at any other smoothie place that was locally owned, they would have remade it no problem. I have been a customer for this location for several years and I will not be returning. I'd rather take my money elsewhere..
My experience with customer service at Tropical Smoothie Cafe was very disappointing. The staff yelled at my child for trying to use the restroom because the sign wasn’t clearly visible. When I politely asked them to stop shouting and suggested they speak to me instead so I could calmly explain the situation to him, their behavior only worsened. We were treated poorly throughout our visit. Although I used to frequent Tropical Smoothie Cafe and enjoy their menu, I unfortunately cannot see myself returning and would recommend choosing a different place.
The worst customer service ever. They shouted on my child for attempting to go to the bathroom. Mind you, the sign was extremely inconspicuous. When I said, please don 't shout, he 's a child. Talk to me and I 'll talk to him in the lowest voice ever, itbecame an issue. We were treated really badly. I can never enter that store again. Mind you, I went there often and lovedsupporting the store. Do yourself good and go somewhere else.

Came at 6:03 for smoothies. Online hours say it closes at 9:00. Hours on the door say they close at 9:00. Guy stands guarding the door to say they close at 6:00 ?because the ovens are down?. Food may be fine, but the employees apparently hate theirlives.
TERRIBLE! Spent 10 dollars gotta a tiny wrap that taste like it was heated up in a microwave and sweet potatoes that were soggy and wet. Never eat here again
