This restaurant has been my go-to spot for dining for as long as I can remember! It's a great spot to catch up with friends and family, and it's also kid-friendly with an arcade area and pool. If you're a first-timer, you must try the tenders - they're a must! The staff is always friendly and hardworking, and the management seems to be on point. I've never had any complaints when I've dined here. It can get pretty busy at times, but it's always worth the wait. Plus, the free popcorn is a nice added bonus!
was not in a because at tullys, but decided to give it a chance after my child practice again. first I was skeptical, how busy it looked and it was late, so we didn't really want to wait. to my surprise we sat immediately and served quickly. I was very impressed by the staff who was helpful and friendly especially the manager alton. alton welcomes, served, cleaned. whatever was necessary. we were now the last two weeks as a family night after practice.
I placed an order for pickup and was told it would be ready in 40 minutes, which was fine. However, there was a mistake and my order was never put in by the person who took it. I had to wait the full 40 minutes, but the manager took responsibility for the delay by preparing the entire order himself, which was appreciated. Still, I was left feeling hungry while waiting.
Server was absolutely horrible. She never asked how the food was. We had to flag her down to tell her the bacon was burnt to charcoal. Then it took 15 minutes and still no new bacon was brought out. The burger got cold and my 11 year old couldn’t eat it. Just a horrible Tullys. East Syracuse, Watertown, camillus all top notch. Cicero? Absolutely not. Food: 1

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for a fast meal. The staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for any sports enthusiast. My 4 year old had a great time and was fascinated by all the sports memorabilia on the walls and tables. There was so much to see and talk about!

Ordered the pasta and it tasted bland and awful. The garlic bread it came with was rocked hard and tasted stale. It was able to be cleanly broken in half.
