The mixed grill was delightful, and I particularly appreciated that it included a Tiger Prawn. For a perfect five-star experience, the prawns need to be fresher, though. Unfortunately, the Sag Paneer was disappointing; it was just dry spinach with chunks of paneer, lacking any seasoning or additional ingredients. It was quite dry, so I might request some cream and garam masala on the side next time and mix it myself! The service was average for an Indian restaurant, deserving of three stars. The staff were friendly, and it was pleasant to dine there. It's great to see that the restaurant has significantly improved since our last visit a few years ago.
We went out as a group of about 15 people on Saturday night. The atmosphere was quite ordinary. Unfortunately, the food quality was disappointing; it lacked flavor and some of the spices in the curry were not well blended, leaving a strong raw spice smell. Overall, the food was not worth the price. The service was acceptable, but parking was quite difficult. Service: Dine-in, Meal type: Dinner.
A fantastic local Indian. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and grateful for your custom. Great to go as a family and share lots of dishes. I always have the prawn puri without fail! We visited this restaurant for a meeting based on a friend's recommendation, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel very welcome. We had a lovely dinner at Tulsi to celebrate a family birthday. Everyone was pleased with their meals, and the service was outstanding. If you appreciate curry served with traditional hospitality, we highly recommend Tulsi, and we can't wait for our next visit.
