This suburban Thai restaurant is tucked away on Hillcrest Avenue yet offers arguably one of the best lunch deal in the Hills. There’s an extensive menu of traditional Thai dishes from Penang Chicken to Massaman beef, Pad Thai to Laksa. At $11 to $15 (approx)...per person this is hard to beat. And like any good lunch spot it’s fast too. And of course, they also do dinner. And if the quality and proportion of the lunch is anything to go by you won’t be disappointed.

They are open from 12 to 2:00 on weekdays and cater to local walk-ins. The dishes feature authentic Thai flavors using fresh seasonal ingredients. We ate here with friends as a foursome and had a very pleasant evening. The atmosphere is conducive to chatting and service was good; they were very accommodating with gluten free meals. Food was very similar to many other Thai restaurants in the area quite...tasty and plenty of variety. A couple of the dishes (salt pepper squid, stuffed chicken wings) were a bit dry and uninteresting.
most people would miss Thai Square, but it is a great local restaurant that has been for many years. has many takeaway orders and also has a pleasant peaceful atmosphere in the restaurant. Eat is delicious and they will even cook something that is...not on the menu when they request it. friendly staff and it has a community feel to eat here. the food was good. We have been coming to this restaurant for five years now, and it has always been consistently good. Our go-to dish is the chicken with cashew nuts. Sometimes we call ahead to order our lunch, and when we arrive, everything is ready for us along with our usual drinks. The service is great and the staff is lovely.
Their laksa is excellent, service is great and not long to wait for order to be served, appreciated when one is on an hour's lunch break! Other dishes are tasty as well and most affordable. I tend to stick to my order of various laksas on offer - prawn, seafood, chicken etc. Yumm!
Recently visited for lunch. Was so surprised how quickly the meal came out which was great as I was short on time. Service was really nice and friendly. Meal was fresh and very nice. Meals also quite affordable. Will defintitely return to try more options
