Extremely disappointing experience. I have ordered here twice from Grubhub. The first time I ordered here, I walked up to the counter and they explained that they didn't receive the order because their systems were down. They did not offer an apology or provide an opportunity to order on the spot.I placed an order today for 1/2 roasted chicken, which as per the app REQUIRES a side. I got an email a few minutes later that stated that there was a price adjustment and $6 was added to my order for a side salad.I showed up to the restaurant 5 minutes later politely explaining the situation. Interesting place with a great mood and staff. Beautiful craft beer selection. The cook for the night was a little on the Overdone train, some of our articles were burned. The French onion soup was just fine, and the Irish egg rolls were good, but again a few pieces were burned to a crack. I had the Quesadilla and it was good, but dry and burned. My wife had the boneless short rib and she loved her. The atmosphere and menu selection bring us back and hopefully I can update this to a 5-star rating. The ambiance is wonderful. The chicken and waffles were tasty, and the portions are quite generous. The waffles are similar to Belgian waffle cookies rather than being made fresh on-site. The chicken was well-cooked with a nice crunchy texture. One piece was seasoned perfectly, while the other was a bit too salty. The Sriracha butter didn’t have much heat or flavor—it just resembled pinkish butter. However, our waitress seemed to vanish after serving our food.
The wings were just alright; they could really use more flavor from the buffalo sauce. The fries were unseasoned and looked a bit old. As for the burger, it was quite bland. I only managed to take two bites before I couldn’t finish it. While the delivery was excellent, the food did not meet my expectations. I had planned to eat the short ribs dinner later tonight at work, but honestly, I'm a bit worried about how it's going to taste.

Relatively nice place. Food was pretty good for the price. Service was slower than it should have been, especially for the 20% service fee attached to the bill. I thought the service was included in the price of the food and drink. The gratuity is voluntary. Supposedly. Change the name to 20twenty20. At least forewarn your customers. In the meantime, you 've lost a number of well-paying customers.
The ambiance is amazing, but the food is extremely bad and overpriced.We had the nachos with veg chili, but the chili was nowhere to be seen. It was just a big pile of soggy chips.The flatbread pizza was totally tasteless. The flatbread was unappetizing, there were canned tomatoes on it. The food is really bad.
The main rib was absolutely amazing. So delicate and tasty. I didn't want it to end. The Brussels spits could be cooked more to really give them that Char that makes them delicious. Excellent service. Our waiter gave us a lot of time to make our decisions. He met all our special wishes. The food was excellent. We were able to sit and talk and enjoy ourselves without feeling. There was a selection of indoor and outdoor seats. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone!

This place is usually delicious but this risotto was flavorless! And the shrimp is nowhere near jumbo. But this is the first time Ive ever had anything off from there so I wont completely rule it out for the future.
I ordered the chicken cacciatore and French onion soup, and they were absolutely divine!
