Food was absolutely lovely! Hit the spot. On arrival it was quiet and cosy, the barman greeted us and directed us to a table immediately and the menu had a great selection. I got drinks at the bar which was added to the table bill and then returned to the bar to order food. We had the hunters chicken and a mixed grill, unfortunately the mixed grill was unavailable so decided on the ultimate beef burger instead and asked if fresh onion could be added to the burger, which they were happy to help with, boy was I glad I did! The Ty Rhisha Alehouse and the surrounds including car park and outside seating areas were very clean and tidy. The service on arrival was polite and friendly. There were 3 people in our party and 2 had steaks and I had the mixed grill. As it was a nice sunny day we requested our food be delivered to an outside table and we ordered drinks. We were pleasantly surprised at the speed of our food being served to us. All three said that the food was of a great standard and cooked to our particular preferences (Rare, medium rare etc. . We booked online as advised on your website. We arrived to a busy car park and garden tables full as it had been a beautiful day. Inside we waited briefly to be seated. A staff member came soon and told us to expect up to an hour or more wait for food. It was quiet inside and we were shown a table and advised to queue for drinks. He seemed to be the only staff member serving the tables and another taking orders behind the bar. We decided to book a table at another venue and left soon after telling the staff member our decision.
There was 15 guests and the lady that was looking after us was absolutely amazing! She was very patient while attending to the children and was very polite and friendly throughout. The food we had was all delicious, not a bad word from anyone. We all thoroughly enjoyed. The bar staff were also very friendly and polite. The park was a godsend, it kept 8 kids occupied before and after food. Overall, we all loved our experience with you and are looking forward to returning in the near future

We visited this restaurant for my daughter's 13th birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. The park was clean and entertaining for all of my children, regardless of their ages. The food was delicious, as evidenced by our empty plates. I asked for a cake to be brought out as a surprise, and the staff were more than happy to help with that request. We will definitely return to this restaurant in the future.
The staff was very friendly!! Was lush to see how kind they was not just to there 2 legged customers but there 4 legged customers! Their food was absolutely beautiful and so cheap for what we had!! The prawn cocktail is absolutely gorgeous!! My steak was cooked perfectly!! Not 1 bad comment!! (Even the Pepsi was fizzy and tasted like Pepsi) definitely coming back soon
This place is beautiful but very ignorant on customer service. paying for things they don’t serve you. Chef loves cooking/ adding black pepper to everything. Shame as we didn’t ask for pepper. Hence why I left the food seen in picture. Took picture of menu as I was charged for side salad
Easy to book online. Greeted when we arrived. Plenty of room between tables. We both had Atlantic cod and chips. Number one on our list. The batter was so crunchy and didn't go soggy like some. Chips crunchy with soft centre. Fabulous meal. Will definitely be back.
