I finally found a real Corsican inn. Fanfan, the patron, and his wife Angèle, remain faithful to Corsican traditions by offering a cuisine typical of the region. The products offered are local and of good quality. For starters, the pastis is at €1.50 and the well-dominated whisky is at €5! Pizzas are made on site by a cook dedicated to this task. They are cooked in wood-heated oven. All are delicious! Jeanne's served is super efficient and always with a smile. This is a place to mark on all tablets. My wife, my friends and I spent very good moments of conviviality every visit. I'm RECOMMENDED.
Located in Valle-di-Mezzana, road to Bastia. We're staying in a village with its pizzas on Fridays and Saturdays and a family-friendly kitchen the week. I'm advising Angelle's crema. Small stop, out of season, on the quiet terrace of this restaurant. Particularly nice patron who agreed to modify his card to make a gluten-free dish for Madame, he was not obliged and it was really very nice. I recommend the pates with the Corsican sausage: a real delight. Good value for money
From Evisa we had the pleasure of discovering this friendly restaurant or the quality of the traditional Corsica menu at 20€ the argument to the originality of vegetarian lasagnes, not to mention the kindness and kindness of the server. A very pleasant moment. Thank you.

Ma'am is in the kitchens, sir in the room.. Priori this young couple has taken over this address a few times ago. Quality dishes lamb mouse gives a nice surprise) fresh products.. on the other hand the charcuterie plate did not deserve its price.
I went to book a dinner. First I asked for a drink (exposed in the fridge in front of me) at the counter. Answer: no, no if possible! If this is the welcome for me it can be enough. Booked in another restaurant.
Superb hostel!!!! A great bravo to the bosses Fanfan and Angele as well as to the cook Rosate and has Jeanne the waitress always smiling. I recommend this establishment
