The hibachi steak was excellent, and the fried rice was acceptable, while the lettuce with carrot shavings that served as a salad was fresh. The portion sizes were generous, and based on those factors alone, I would rate it higher. However, my experience took a turn for the worse after that. The vegetables seemed old; the broccoli had a fishy taste and was soggy. The small cup of ginger dressing for the salad had separated and tasted off. The yum yum sauce was just average. I had never dined or ordered from here before, and I doubt I will consider it again. On the bright side, at least I’m not hungry anymore.
My coworkers and I recently placed a fairly large pick-up order for lunch, and I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. I accidentally combined all the items into one ticket, even though I had organized them by each person's name. The man who rang me up was incredibly friendly and took the time to ensure that all the items were properly accounted for. Once everything was settled, one of the women working there generously gave us a complimentary 2-liter of Dr. Pepper just for placing the order. They were so kind, and it really made our day!
The salad dressing is the best I've ever tasted. I ordered a vegetable hibachi, and it came with a generous serving of broccoli, zucchini, onions, and carrots. I particularly enjoy when mushrooms are included, but unfortunately, this dish didn’t have any. The sauce had a great flavor, but it was a bit too watery for my liking. My husband enjoyed his chicken hibachi. However, we were both disappointed with the fried rice. It didn’t taste good at all; it seemed like it was cooked in low-quality oil, which really affected the flavor.
If you are craving a hibachi meal but don't want to go out, this is your place. The food is good. The steak is very good. I also like the salmon, but it is a very small portion. My son prefers the noodles over the rice. The rice is just okay, and I'm not a fan of the salad dressing. It's always clumpy. The yum- yum sauce is delicious- ask for extra. I enjoy the gyoza, too. Recently, they have given us free little pieces of desserts in our order. It is easy to order online and our food has always been ready when stated and hot.

I love that Hibachi Express delivers. I like sushi but don't always have the time to go to a sit down restaurant and get it, especially while working, so having the option of delivery is great. They offer a wide variety of sushi and it's reasonably affordable, especially if you get a lunch combo that allows you to pick a few different rolls. This is also a great way to sample and try new types of sushi, more so if you haven't tried much or any at all in the past. Every time
We had a nice, quick dinner here. It feels more geared towards takeout or delivery, but there are a few self-service tables inside. Doug was very friendly! The location isn't the greatest, but that’s part of the experience. The hibachi uses thigh meat instead of breast meat, and while it’s different from the traditional cook-in-front-of-you style, the kids still enjoyed it. It's a great spot for fast sushi.
I highly recommend this restaurant! I wasn't expecting it to be this good since it's on the more affordable side, but I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the fish is excellent, and there's a great variety to choose from. They aren't offering dine-in service at the moment, so I ordered takeout. If you're in the Charleston area, definitely give this place a try!
The staff at this restaurant are incredibly friendly, and the culinary team is impressive, efficiently handling everyone's orders. The food is fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced! There is plenty of seating available, and it's conveniently located near the conference center!

Fairly nice Japanese restaurant on the outskirts of Charleston. The sushi tasted good and the order was ready in just a few moments. They?re locked down with Covid, the kitchen in blocked off with plastic and the dining area limited to four people.
Food tastes great and they have given me great customer service each time I visited. The one time the messed up on part of the order they fixed with promptly without any issues. I would highly recommend this place to eat!
