UME Burger is a good, inexpensive dining option in Barangaroo. You order and pay at the counter and then find seating. We were there early on a weekend night and the place was about half full. We ordered Chicken Katsu Burgers and really enjoyed them. We also ordered a serving of seasoned Hot Chips. They had more of an oven baked taste rather than a deep fried taste. They may have been healthier option, but they weren't my favourite although my husband really liked them. They sell both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the counter. This is the place if you want to taste a burger with character. At first glance it may look small but definitely satisfying. Quite pricey for a standard burger ($14+) as you pay for the ambiance at Barangaroo precint... can access via Wynyard walk from the train station or via Sydney ferries from Circular Quay. Prepare to pay extra for chips (lotus chips a must taste) and beer. Try the cider alcoholic drinks ($9)... interesting taste. If you appreciate a good burger this is a great option when in Sydney. While not the cheapest burgers around (you will pay around $16 a burger) they are made with quality ingredients and are generous in size.The cheeseburger is particularly good, with the beef pattie made with wagu beef. The chips (fries) are delicious and a must have accompaniment to round off a satisfying meal.

Umi burgers did not disappoint, I ordered a Umi burger with chips and a beer - perfect combination! Burger was tasty but I have to say the chips were delicious. If your after a delicious burger definitely one to try ! Plus nice view of the water !
A burger needs Beetroot, BUT, this place has delicious burgers and not a Beetroot in sight. Have the Ume burger and of course side of chips. I am converted as the burgers are truly yummy. Better than Shake Shack for those who are playing along
Often missed due to the hustle and bustle of Belle's next door, but Ume is a great choice! Good value, fresh burgers and a variety of burgers available. Has vegetarian options. Definitely not disappointed and would visit many a time again.
We just finished our burgers! Really good!! The fish burger above expectations and the sauce as well. Portions are not big but good for a brunch! We will come back for sure!

The view is beautiful water front location. There is plenty of seating, however attended on Saturday lunch during winter season. Imagine summer would be much busier.
Visited here for a quick bite while at Vivid Festival. Very busy but got a table and had a burger within minutes. Really tasty, no complaints!
