Had the breaded catfish! Outstanding!! Hadn't had catfish in years!! Couldn't even recall if I liked catfish? Catfish was breaded. When it arrived at the table, I wondered if it would be dry inside. It wasn't! The catfish was wonderful!! Tenderand juicy and HOT! SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!! I WILL ABSOLUTELY BE GOING BACK, TO UNCLE BUBS!! I love Uncle Bub's ribs, butthis is a very nice alternative menu item!! Keep it up, Uncle Bubs!!!!

Love her BBQ, especially the beef breeze. I also like their sides, the beans are very good. I usually order to go so I can't really talk to the food...
