This is the best barbecue I've ever tasted! The food is outstanding, and the service is impeccable. The owner, Mark, is one of the kindest individuals I've ever encountered; he genuinely cares about his staff, who in turn provide exceptional service to customers. After having a meal at Uncle Bub's, I decided to book them for my wedding, and it was one of the best decisions I made. They went above and beyond to ensure that my special day was perfect, stepping in as unofficial wedding planners even for things beyond the catering. We had Uncle Bub's cater our wedding this past weekend! The food and the service was fantastic! From the beginning planning stages to the day of, everything was perfect! Mark was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure we had everything covered. He not only helped us with food selections but also general wedding planning. Our contact, Ashley was also very helpful and willing to answer all questions we had. The staff the day off was outstanding. They made sure all of our guests were taken care of and that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was! We would highly recommend Uncle Bub’s for any event!
We hosted Uncle Bun's double graduation party last weekend, and they truly exceeded our expectations! The pork, which we affectionately called the "Bessy," was incredibly tender and delicious. The herbal roasted chicken was so juicy it practically fell off the bone, and all the side dishes were spot on. There was more than enough food for everyone! Frank and Laura managed everything flawlessly and took excellent care of our guests. Choosing Uncle Bubs was the best decision we could have made; I seriously don't think I'll ever cook for a party again! A huge thank you to Uncle Bubs and the staff! We can't give enough stars in our review!
I ordered the breaded catfish, and it was absolutely fantastic! It had been years since I last had catfish, and I couldn’t even recall if I liked it. When my dish came to the table, I worried it might be dry, but to my delight, it was just perfect! The catfish was tender, juicy, and served piping hot. I was pleasantly surprised! I'll definitely be coming back to Uncle Bub's. I already love their ribs, but this catfish is an excellent alternative! Keep up the great work, Uncle Bub's!

Uncle Bubs recently catered our wedding in Elgin, and it was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly, approachable, and extremely efficient. Our buffet for 180 guests went off without a hitch, and everyone kept complimenting the food. I strongly recommend Uncle Bubs for any event. Mark, the owner, and our event coordinator, Marie, were both incredibly helpful throughout the process. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
Uncle Bubs catered our wedding and the food was delicious we are still getting complements from our guests about how delicious the food was 2 months later. The staff was great about answering our questions and provided great service for our guests. It was an awesome feeling knowing that everything was taken care of behind the scenes so we didn’t have to worry the day of the wedding. Thanks again!!!
Great meal today, brisket is excellent. Can't wait to come back and sample all of the other foods, turkey, chicken and especially the ribs, they looked awesome. Sauces are A+ too. Thanks for the chat, Mark, nice to always meet up with people from our old neighborhood.
Uncle Bubs has has some of the most delicious BBQ food I have ever tasted!!! I am very excited to have them cater my wedding. Highly recommend them

Food is good, but forget s mixed drink. Bourbon lemonade in a small glass filled with ice for 9.00 is not worth it. Stick with beer.
I have eaten bbq all over this nation. Everything on the Uncle Bub’s sampler platter was excellent. I will return!!
