This was the first time we visited the facility and we made a 3 hour trip on Father’s Day just to check this place out. It was one of the worst experiences we have had yet. There was zero staff that approached us as we sat at a table to eat. So I took it upon myself to use the QR code on the table. As we sat and waited for our food, we watched several people walk out, which is exactly what we should have done, but was giving the benefit of the doubt.. I’ll never do that again! We took our kids out for a night of bowling and pizza to celebrate their birthday. Unfortunately, the customer service we received was below our expectations. However, after writing a review, the General Manager reached out to us with a sincere apology. He encouraged us to give them another chance to provide better service and ensure a great experience. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our negative experience and took the time to listen to our concerns, noting areas for improvement for future guests. As a result, we've increased our rating from one star to three.
This place looked cool, but the bartender was horrible. She was rude and disrespectful to both me and my parents. She had us sit at a table, and a waitress said she would come. We waited for about 25 minutes before the bartender asked us to go order at the bowling counter. Every other table had a waitress, and there were employees standing around doing nothing. Not cool
We camped in the parking lot overnight and came in to support Bass Pro shops. The bowling alley was themed as a ship and sea creatures everywhere. Amazing to see. We bowled for a half hour and it was $29 for 2 people on 1 lane with shoes. It was a fun way to spend a half hour! This is the first Bass Pro we have seen with a bowling alley. This is our second visit to this restaurant. The first time was before Covid, and I remembered the prices being lower than they are now, which took me by surprise. Nevertheless, the food was really good, and the portions were generous—far more than we could finish, so we ended up taking some home.
I love the food and service. Environment is beautiful BUT there is NO air circulation at the bowling area. It was HOT. Definitely needs some ceiling fans. We were sweating so much just playing one round.
Everything was great! It was loud but it is a bowling alley. I might recommend sitting at the bar if you're just a couple. We had some louder groups with kids near us in the restaurant area.
