Worth the trip! Been wanting to come here for years since we saw Uncle Lou on DDD. We are visiting from Detroit and gotta say it?s WORTH IT!! Best biscuit I ever had and the fried chicken is out of this world. We even got to meet Uncle Lou and he?s as friendly as he seemed on TV. The sauce is something unreal! Make sure you don?t miss this on your trip to Memphis.
Saw on Diners Drive-ins and Dives. Was not disappointed. The biscuits were amazing and the the burgers were great as well but the fried chicken was one of the best fried chicken I've ever eaten. Will definitely be returning next time we are in Memphis
Chicken-good. Sauce-good. Biscuit-great. Service- good. Fries-awful. Fries were old/cooked in old grease, cold and some were not cooked completely. I could not eat them which was a waste of money.

Uncle Lou is straight killing it with his sweet hot chicken. The biscuits are the best I 've ever had in my life too. This place deserves a Mic Drop

The shortcake and lemonade were enjoyable. However, the turkey burger was overcooked and dry.
