Uncle Thomas Pizza

This restaurant has been declining in quality. I ordered a pizza on a Sunday about two months ago, and the cheese seemed to be old. I thought it may have been due to a long delivery time, but after eating the pizza, my entire family felt sick. Today, I decided to give them another chance and ordered plain wings with fries, but received spicy wings with orange sauce instead. My 2-year-old couldn't eat them, and when I expressed my concern about being allergic to spice, they showed no concern. The attitude of the staff was also disappointing. Despite being a customer for years, I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I work in the area and was extremely hungry, desperately searching for a good pizza. I stumbled upon a sign that read "Uncle Thomas Special" and decided to give it a try. It was the best decision I've ever made! The food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. The pizza was hot with a satisfying crunch. The staff were polite, hardworking, and had a positive attitude despite the challenges of the pandemic. I highly recommend supporting local businesses like this one.

If you are ordering food for delivery, please be cautious. The young boy and the older gentleman who deliver may add a tip on the card in addition to any cash you give them. This may be a business tactic, but I have noticed on my statements that they charged an extra $6 on the card, on top of the $4-5 cash tips I gave. I only work a block away, so I found this to be concerning. I have learned my lesson and will be more vigilant in checking my statements in the future.

Before Uncle Thomas, there was Thomas Pizza. I tried to order from them one day, but was told they had moved. Although the Slice app says they don't deliver to my area, I always manage to get my order delivered when I call. The person taking my order is always friendly and smiling. Their Grandma Pizza is the best I've had. I hope they inform Slice that they deliver to areas farther west, as I'm glad to see them doing well.

I have been a fan of Family Pizza since the beginning and I can truly say that there is no other pizza like Thomas Pizza.
