Our evening began with a phone call to inquire about the wait time for a large party. We were told there was no wait as the restaurant was slow and half-empty. However, upon arriving less than 10 minutes later, we were informed that it would be over an hour due to being too busy. Despite the lack of reservations and our desire to avoid a long wait on a Wednesday night, we decided to wait. Unfortunately, the service was subpar. We did not receive drink refills and had to ask the bartender for water, who gave us a pitcher. Our waiter also neglected to clear the appetizer plates when serving our main dishes, leaving little space at the table. We had to prompt him for everything we needed, indic...
Came here a few times over the last few years and really disappointed in the costs and the food since the made the menu change. Portion sizes decreased, sides are add on, and the food was poor. My son's hamburger was so over-cooked it was laughable. Been itching to go back, but reality set in the place I'm craving is no longer what it used to be. Service: Dine in
Came in on Wednesday, around 6:30 PM. I was told the wait was 25 minutes, waited the 25 minutes and went to ask how much longer, and they said another hour. Promptly left, need better communication.
