This is my go to spot for bubble teas, I’ve been coming here for years! The variety is great— something for everyone and every season. I have never had a bad drink or food item here. They have both the jellies and bobbas depending on what you are getting and can make recommendations to you. I also adore the purple cloud waffle. Everything is always fresh, clean, and on point. While food may have been so so, the way they serve you is very poor. A place like this should be serving on dishes and not a half hand cut to-go plastic takeout container. What a turn-off. The Taro drink tasted more like milk, no flavor and the Chocolate drink tasted like nestle milk. Close to $50 wasted on these 4 items. Never again would I go there or refer anyone to this place. They should be ashamed serving customers like this. Stear clear unless you like classless service. I have over 158k viewed reviews and I this is my top worst review. Yes, all around terrible.
The boba pearls are extremely hard, and the drinks are served in disposable food court cups. When we asked for a tissue, the server questioned us three times about why we needed it and only gave us one to share between the two of us.
